Market overview

Massage robot brands

Only a handful of companies sell real massage robots. This table lists each verified brand, where it is based, what it makes, what it costs and whether you lease or buy.

Updated October 2026 · Prices in USD

The main massage robot brands in 2026 are Aescape (USA), Capsix iYU (France), roboSculptor (Germany and Dubai) and Superhuman Touch, with lower-cost single-arm systems from MechaComfy and ATEAGO (China) and Alfine (USA). Prices run from about $13,000 for entry systems to about $150,000 for premium commercial tables, and higher for roboSculptor. Some brands sell, some lease, and the biggest name changed its model in 2026.

No retailer or directory groups these brands in one place. Most list a single robot among massage chairs or other devices. This page fills that gap with a neutral, sourced table.

How we built this list

  • Robots only. We included products that use robotic arms or a robotic table to massage the body. Massage chairs are excluded. See massage robot vs massage chair.
  • Verified only. Each brand has a maker’s product page or trade-press coverage we could check.
  • Public prices only. Where no price is published, we write “quote only”. Where a price comes from trade press, we say so and give the year.
  • Disclosure. Superhuman Touch is our brand. We list it with the same fields as everyone else.

Brand notes

Aescape

The best-known brand in the category. Trade press has covered installs at Equinox gyms and Four Seasons hotels. In 2025 Spa Business listed a license of $7,500 per month with a 3-year minimum. In 2026 the original company, Aescape, Inc., went through a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, and a new operating company, Aescape Recovery, Inc., took over the assets after a foreclosure sale on January 30, 2026. Under CEO Frank Britt, it moved to selling the beds plus a required service platform. Full dated facts are on massage robot alternatives.

Capsix iYU

A French system built for spas, gyms, hotels, offices and lounges. It uses a robotic arm to massage on bare skin. Capsix publishes US and EU prices on its business page. Bare-skin massage means the guest undresses, which suits spa and hotel settings best.

roboSculptor

A different approach. Instead of arms with hand-like tools, it uses rotating silicone spheres to apply vibrocompression. Spa Business described its German headquarters and markets in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The company site describes a Dubai base. It is the highest-priced system on this list by reported purchase price.

Superhuman Touch

Our brand. The Superhuman Touch T1 is a commercial dual-arm massage robot. A 3D body scan runs before each session. Routines cover back, shoulders, neck, glutes and legs, and the guest sets the pressure. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes. It needs a 2.4 x 1.6 m footprint, a 3.0 x 2.6 m room and a dedicated 20 A circuit at 120 V or 240 V. More Superhuman models are on the way.

MechaComfy, ATEAGO and Alfine

These are the entry tier. All three are built around a single robotic arm rather than a full dual-arm table. MechaComfy and ATEAGO are Chinese makers selling to businesses. Alfine sells to consumers in the US. They cost far less than full commercial tables, but check service coverage, safety listings for your market, and duty cycle before heavy commercial use.

Lease vs buy across brands

The market is moving toward ownership. Aescape, the brand that built its business on licensing, switched to selling hardware in 2026. Its CEO told The Robot Report that “robotics companies should not be a bank.” Capsix and roboSculptor sell outright and also offer finance, lease or rental terms. Superhuman Touch sells outright with optional monthly financing, and you own the machine.

When you compare brands, compare total cost over 5 years, not just the sticker price:

  • Purchase price or total lease payments
  • Annual platform, software or maintenance fees
  • Installation and site prep
  • Electricity
  • What happens at the end of the term

What to ask any brand

  1. What does the price include: delivery, installation, training, warranty?
  2. Is there a recurring platform or maintenance fee, and what stops working if you do not pay it?
  3. Who services the robot in your region, and how fast?
  4. How many units are in commercial use today?
  5. What safety and electrical listings does it carry for your country?
