You can finance the Superhuman Touch T1 and own it at the end. Our estimate is about $1,350 per month over 60 months, on approved credit (OAC). The cash price is $64,900.
Financing vs leasing
Many robots in this market are offered on leases. Lease options we have seen start from about $2,700 per month. A lease can work, but you are paying for use, not ownership. When the term ends, you return the machine, renew, or pay a buyout.
Financing works differently. You borrow against the machine, pay it down, and own it when the loan ends.
| Financing the T1 | Typical market lease | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly payment | ≈ $1,350 (estimate, 60 mo, OAC) | From ≈ $2,700 |
| Who owns the machine | You | The lessor |
| End of term | Yours to keep | Return, renew or buy out |
| Price visible upfront | Yes, $64,900 | Often quote only |
Market lease figures come from our market research and vary by vendor. Compare the total paid over the term, not just the monthly number.
What the payment covers
The financed amount covers the same package as a cash purchase:
- Delivery and positioning
- Installation, calibration and commissioning
- One day of staff training
- 2-year parts and labour warranty
- Remote monitoring and software updates
Running costs are separate and small: about $40–80 per month in electricity. To see how the payment compares with session revenue, try the ROI calculator.
Section 179 and taxes
In the US, Section 179 of the tax code may let a business deduct the full cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, rather than depreciating it over several years. Financed equipment can qualify. Limits and rules change, and they depend on your business.
We are not tax advisors. Please consult your tax advisor before you count on any deduction.
What you need to apply
Applications usually take a short form and a few documents:
- Business name, address and tax ID
- Time in business and ownership details
- Recent bank statements, financial statements or tax returns (depends on the amount)
- Your written quote for the T1
Approval times depend on the lender. Newer businesses may be asked for a larger down payment or a personal guarantee.
Buy outright or finance?
Both routes give you the same machine and the same warranty. The choice is about cash flow.
- Pay upfront if you have the cash and want no monthly payment. You avoid interest.
- Finance if you want to keep cash for staff, fit-out or marketing, and pay for the robot from the sessions it sells.
As an illustration only: if you price sessions at $60 and sell one a day, the robot brings in about $1,800 a month before costs. Your own numbers will differ, so run them in the ROI calculator.
